At long last the All Well Kids Sewing Patterns are finally here! We’ve been working toward and looking forward to this day for a long, long time!

The Little Box Top is a kids version of our beloved All Well Box Top pattern for grown ups (that’s been sewn thousands and thousands of times!). It will fit kids from 12 mo - Size 10, and it’s decidedly simple so it’s fun to sew again and again. In a world of graphic tees (which we like, don’t get us wrong), a home-sewn box top for a kid is a very special thing!

And don’t forget bottoms! The Toddler Play Pants and Shorts are a new pattern for little friends sizes 12mo - 5 years. They’re cute, comfy, fabric-saving, fast to sew, and made for play! Amy’s own kids reach for their pairs again and again, and they’re pretty picky. High praise!

Huge thank you to all our testers and their kids who tried out these patterns and gave us great feedback! We’ve been working on these patterns for a while (we forgot how much work it is to put out new sewing patterns, especially two at once! Hooray!! Bought these patterns so fast =D
Hooray! These are perfect for a hobbiest seamstress with a 10 month old and three older daughter. Two of them are currently learning to sew as we speak!
I’m wondering if you can give me any tips on where to get fabric these days since it seems that online is the way to go with Joann Fabrics closing.
I am especially at a loss for more affordable fabric. I shop our neighborhood used art store and that works out great when they have the right stock, but a lot of the new fabrics are so expensive. I was able to experiment and make really affordable things for my kids when I could shop at our neighborhood Joanns.
It’s hard to justify making kids clothes when it ends up being more expensive than buying ready-to-wear.
Some resources from an experienced sewing community would be super helpful!
